Don't Wake the Boss is a browser game with no accounts and no sign-up. The game stores the following in your browser's local storage, on your own device:
None of this ever leaves your browser. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else, and there is no server storing your scores. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings, which resets the game to a fresh state.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand roughly how many people play and where they arrive from.
Analytics is configured to store nothing on your device unless you have given consent. Because this site does not currently present a consent banner, that consent is never granted, and Analytics therefore runs in a cookieless mode: Google receives a basic record that a page was viewed, but no analytics or advertising cookies are set and you are not tracked as an individual across visits.

This site does not currently display advertisements and sets no advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any ads are shown, and a consent banner will be presented first to visitors in the UK, EU and Switzerland.
No cookies are set on this site without consent. As described above, no consent is currently requested, so no analytics or advertising cookies are placed on your device. Local storage used by the game itself is not a cookie, is never transmitted, and exists only to keep your scores between visits.
You can block or delete cookies and local storage for this site at any time through your browser's settings. Doing so will clear your saved scores but will not otherwise affect the game.
If you are in the UK, EU or Switzerland, data protection law gives you the right to request access to personal data held about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. Because this site holds no accounts and stores your game data only on your own device, in most cases there is nothing held about you to retrieve or delete — clearing your browser storage removes it entirely.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Denmark this is Datatilsynet; elsewhere in the EU it is your national authority.
